These terms govern the relationship between Alessandro Carta, trading as Ale Fabrik ("I", "me"), and any client ("you") who engages my services.
I provide website design, Google Business Profile setup, SEO, and ongoing hosting/maintenance as described in the agreed proposal or package. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Starter (€299): full payment before work begins. Standard and Pro: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Monthly hosting: billed in advance, minimum 3-month commitment, then cancellable with 30 days written notice. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment may result in service suspension.
You agree to provide all content, images, and materials requested within 5 working days of project start, and to give feedback on drafts within 5 working days per round. Delays caused by late provision of materials may extend delivery timelines.
Each package includes 1–3 revision rounds (one consolidated list of changes per round). Additional rounds: €75 each. Post-launch changes are quoted separately, typically €50–150.
Your site is hosted on infrastructure I manage. The monthly fee covers hosting, domain renewal, and SSL. If you cancel or fail to pay after 14 days written notice, the site will go offline. All files are available to you on request.
Upon full payment you own your content, design, and domain. I retain the right to show your site in my portfolio. Underlying code templates and tools remain my intellectual property.
Domains are registered in my name on your behalf. On full settlement of outstanding balances and payment of a €50 transfer fee, I will transfer the domain within 5 working days.
If you cancel after work begins but before first draft: deposit forfeited. After first draft: full fee is due. Monthly hosting: cancellable after the minimum period with 30 days notice.
My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. I am not liable for loss of business or revenue arising from website unavailability.
