2. What data I collect and why

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, message content, and the date and time of submission. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Server logs (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). GitHub may automatically collect server log data including your IP address and browser type. See GitHub's privacy statement.

3. Formspree — form processing

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. as a data processor. A data processing agreement is in place. See Formspree's privacy policy.

4. Data transfers outside the EU

GitHub Pages is hosted in the USA. GitHub participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long I keep your data

Contact enquiries are retained for a maximum of 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Cookies and advertising

This website uses cookies, including advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set by the hosting infrastructure. In addition, this site uses Google Ads (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to measure ad performance. The Google tag (gtag.js) may set cookies and collect data that may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
